These modern two-bed roomed apartments are ideally located in a two-storey apartment block – with lift – overlooking the beginning of the Mogan valley yet only a few minutes walk to the sandy beach and all the amenities of Puerto de Mogan’s marina village. The apartments comprise two bedrooms, a bathroom with either shower or full bath, sitting room with kitchen and a private terrace with table, chairs and two sun loungers which has the benefit of sunshine from the morning onwards. Each has air-conditioning, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with four-ring vitro-ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle etc . There is a communal swimming pool, 8 metres x 5 metres, on the roof within a large sunbathing area where there are ample sun loungers for guests’ use, toilets and showers. The apartments are ideally situated for every holiday need; guests can swim on the premises and sunbathe for hours but are still only a short stroll from a good supermarket, the excellent range of restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops in the harbour and of course its lovely golden beach. There is no need to hire a car but for those who do the Westhill building has an off-road parking area immediately in front of the building |

Within this cluster of whitewashed Canarian houses and cottages is the Balcón del Sol building, originally a fisherman’s dwelling and lovingly converted into a small apartment block. Conveniently located barely a couple of minutes from Mogan’s sandy beach, Balcón del Sol is in an elevated position and is reached via a combination of stone steps and a fairly steep slope which may be unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. The four bright and attractive apartments on the first and second floor of this small building have either balconies or private sun terraces and benefit from wonderful sea views – without a doubt among the best in the port and at the fairest prices. Staying at Balcón del Sol gives visitors the chance to absorb the full flavour of the local atmosphere whilst being ideally situated for all of Puerto de Mogan’s amenities, including the beach, shops and restaurants. |

These stylish spacious apartments are situated in a small block of four apartments only, adjacent to the new luxury hotel grounds and with a pleasing view of the sea in the near distance. All have air-conditioning, well-equipped kitchens, comfortable lounges with TVs and large terraces on which to relax. There is a decked solarium on the roof for guests’ use. The apartments (one bedroom / sleeps 2 people) are furnished in contemporary style with modern prints, leather sofas and either double or twin-bedded bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes and safe. Situated on either the first or second floor, apartments comprise sitting rooms with TVs, adjoining kitchens with washing machine, vitro-ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, fridge etc. Large terrace with sun-loungers, table and chairs. Air conditioning. Rooftop solarium. Please note that as access to apartments and solarium is via a series of steps this would not be a suitable choice for those with walking difficulties.
